I. Project Implementation Background

The chemical logistics company has two 31% hydrochloric acid storage tanks and two 32% caustic soda storage tanks. Previously, the measurement of the liquid levels of each tank, the opening and closing of each valve, and the daily management of the company were basically carried out manually, which was very time-consuming and labor-intensive.

II. Project Implementation Scale

In early 2025, the company reached out to Huachuang Measurement and Control for cooperation based on the required technical parameters. They adopted the on-site installation of the HCDAR-81S anti-corrosion radar liquid level meter developed independently by our company. The signal was transmitted from the radar to the isolated distributor with one input and two outputs. One output was sent to the digital display meter at the tank side, which in turn sent the signal to the digital display meter at the gatehouse; the other output was sent to the PLC analog quantity acquisition module. At the same time, the valves at the tank side and the pumps for incoming and outgoing materials also adopted PLC remote control, on-site manual/auto switching, and on-site on/off control. After on-site installation and debugging. This product is based on the measurement method using 80GHz radar level meters. Through advanced technical processing techniques, it accurately measures and outputs the height data of the measured liquid level. Moreover, due to its excellent stability characteristics and zero-maintenance advantages, it has become a necessary tool for liquid level detection solutions.
