PRODUCT DETAILS

Product introduction

HCDB-60 series deep well liquid level gauge is based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is proportional to the height of the liquid. It uses a pressure sensor to convert the pressure signal into an electrical signal, and then converts it into a standard current signal after temperature compensation and linear calibration.

It adopts imported high-quality silicon piezoresistive sensors, reliable sealing technology, superior stability, reliable modular design, and strong applicability; it is widely suitable for liquid level measurement in various fields and industries. The measuring range is up to 3000 meters.

Load characteristics

he allowable load range can be calculated according to the following formula.

RL = (Vsup-Vmin) / I - Rw

in:

RL is the load resistance (Ω)

Vsup is the supply voltage (V)

Vmin is the minimum allowed supply voltage (V)

I is the maximum output current (A)

RW is the internal resistance of the wire (Ω)

For example: power supply is 24VDC, Vmin is 9VDC, I is 0.02A, RW is 30Ω, the maximum calculated load resistance RL is (24-9)/0.02-30 = 720Ω

HCDB series deep well liquid level meter probe cleaning

When the HCDB series deep well liquid level gauge is used for a long time in non-clean water bodies,

sedimentation substances may block the probe and affect the normal operation of the sensor. At this time,

 cleaning measures need to be taken. First, remove the probe part of the liquid level gauge from the liquid

 being measured and wipe it clean. Remove the front end of the liquid level gauge probe and clean it.(If the front end of the liquid level gauge probe cannot be removed by hand, you can use tools such as pipe wrench to remove it.) Clean the precipitated material (be careful to protect the sensor diaphragm from damage

when cleaning the precipitated material). After cleaning, tighten the front end of the liquid level gauge probe.
