Product introduction

The HCDB series submersible hydrostatic level gauge is based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is proportional to the height of the liquid. It uses a pressure sensor to convert the pressure signal into an electrical signal, which is then converted into a standard current signal or digital signal after temperature compensation and linear calibration. Signal.

Features

Installation and maintenance

Note: The die-cast aluminum housing cannot be installed upside down!


1. Pay attention to the installation position during installation, and the cable fixing head must be locked and ensure that the cable at the connection port is lower than the connection port to prevent rainwater from penetrating into the junction box through the outlet when it rains and damaging the internal structure and wiring.


2. When the HCDB series liquid level meter is used for a long time in non-clean water, sedimentation substances may block the probe and affect the normal operation of the sensor. At this time, cleaning measures need to be taken. First, remove the probe part of the liquid level gauge from the liquid being measured and wipe it clean.


3. Warning! The equipment can only be installed when there is no power supply! Wire the equipment according to the technical parameters, signal line definitions and wiring diagrams shown in the instructions.


4. Users must ensure that the outer diameter of all cables is within the allowable range of the gland. In addition, make sure that the cable is installed firmly and without gaps in the sealing ring of the gland.
