A new material Co., Ltd. in Laiyang City, Shandong Province is an enterprise mainly engaged in chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing. In early 2023, we cooperated closely with our company to purchase a complete set of system integrating liquid level detection, field display, valve field control and PLC control, interlock alarm control, and scale data acquisition and interlock control. Due to the large number of points and considering the cost, the whole system is realized by three areas and four groups of PLC local area network.

The liquid level detection was realized by the HCDAR-80S FM CW radar level meter independently developed and produced by our company. The liquid level signal was output to the on-site digital display meter in the form of 4-20MA, and the digital display meter output RS485 signal to the PLC programmable controller.
