It can not only prevent the overflow of molten iron, reduce the accident of "running iron" and ensure the safety of on-site personnel, but also greatly increase the loading amount of molten iron, improve the full tank rate, and then reduce the downstream operation of baling and turning baling, which can reduce the transportation cost and improve the utilization rate of molten iron baling. It is of great significance to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
